Tyler Morse was raised on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. After visiting Idaho 12 years ago, Tyler fell in love with everything it has to offer. All of the outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, river rafting, bike riding, skiing, and relaxing in the hot springs are just some of the things that drew him to this wonderful place.
Real estate has always been a passion of Tyler’s. As a child, looking at open houses, examining blueprints and designing homes were activities that grew this passion. He has a history of flipping home and understanding what to look for when investing in or selling a home. So as they moved to Idaho, he decided to finally start a career as a Real Estate Advisor.
Tyler started Tyler Morse Realty several years ago so that he could be in control of making sure his clients received the best service with integrity all while providing Real Estate data, having fun, going at their pace and having a structured system in place. A few years later he wanted to give back more and joined Blue Sky Homes powered by Homes of Idaho because of all the resources they offer for their agents as well as their clients. They have years of fine-tuned experience to make buying and selling real estate more enjoyable and less stressful. Together they have established great connections with many vendors in the area that provide the services that meet our expectations. Blue Sky Homes not only offers Real Estate Advisors to help with Real Estate goals, they also assist with Real Estate investing and property managemen.

Tyler worked as a first responder paramedic for almost 20 years. Helping others has always been second nature to him. His dedication and hard work along with making sure you get the resources that you need will prove beneficial in his real estate career. He is a strong advocate with Physicians, Nurses, Firefighters, Vetrans, police officers and all other medical professionals get into homes through the hero's program.
He and his wife have three young boys and three dogs. Spending time with family is one of his favorite things to do. You will often find them at a local park, hiking or out riding their bikes as they love being in the great outdoors!
